Position Overview

We are seeking Mid-Level to Senior HVAC Service Technicians to join our growing team. If you are EPA-certified, skilled in diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems, and eager to advance your career, this is the opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do:

✅ Diagnose & Repair Residential HVAC Systems

• Identify issues in split systems, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and other residential HVAC units.
• Troubleshoot problems related to compressors, motors, thermostats, refrigerant levels, airflow, and electrical connections.
• Perform necessary repairs or recommend system replacements when appropriate.

✅ Conduct Preventative Maintenance & System Tune-Ups

• Perform seasonal maintenance to ensure HVAC systems operate at peak performance.
• Clean and inspect coils, filters, and ductwork to maximize efficiency and prevent costly breakdowns.
• Check refrigerant levels, electrical connections, and system controls for safety and compliance.

✅ Deliver Outstanding Customer Service

• Clearly explain HVAC system conditions, repair options, and energy-saving solutions to homeowners.
• Educate customers on system maintenance and answer any questions they may have.
• Provide transparent pricing and ensure customers feel comfortable with the services provided.

✅ Ensure Compliance & Safety

• Follow all EPA regulations and HVAC industry best practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including company vehicles and job sites.
• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and local HVAC codes.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ EPA Certification (Type II preferred)
✔ 2+ Years of Residential HVAC Experience
✔ Knowledge of HVAC Codes, Regulations, & Best Practices
✔ Strong Troubleshooting & Customer Service Skills
✔ Valid SC Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record
✔ Authorized to Work in the U.S.
✔ Physically Capable of Handling HVAC Equipment (Lifting 50 lbs., Working in Tight Spaces, Climbing Ladders, etc.)
