Residential HVAC Foreman

Aaspen HVAC currently hiring for a Residential HVAC Foreman position. This position requries proficient knowledge of installing and working on Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, Trane, Bosch and Hot Water Boilers/Heaters equipment. The position’s duties include organizing HVAC and mechanical system operations; supervising staff; performing maintenance and operations of HVAC and related building mechanical and high pressure boiler systems; perform related work. SIGN ON BONUS of $2500!

RESPONSIBILTIES

Responsibilities:

• 10+ Years Residential Foreman/Install HVAC Experience Req
• Estimating: Estimating the materials and equipment needed for projects, and preparing cost sheets
• Ordering: Ordering parts, tools, and supplies from vendors, and verifying orders when they arrive
• Installing: Installing new HVAC equipment, mechanical system electrical devices, and other electrical components
• Testing: Testing HVACR equipment and making adjustments to ensure efficient operation
• Maintaining: Ensuring that HVAC equipment, shop areas, and vehicles are properly maintained
• Advising: Recommending whether malfunctioning equipment should be repaired or replaced
• Addressing complaints: Addressing complaints and resolving problems
• Traveling: Traveling to and working at out-of-town job sites
• Reading: Reading, interpreting, and following drawings
• Laying out: Laying out, measuring, and marking dimensions
• Installing assemblies: Installing assemblies in a supportive framework
• Maneuvering: Maneuvering completed units into position
• Training: Completing training and testing to operate jobsite equipment

REQUIREMENTS

• 10+ years minimum of residential HVAC install experience
• Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
• Own tools and transportation
• Legally work in U.S.
• EPA certification’
• ‘Work Location: Dutchess, Putnam, Westchester, Connecticut

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
